DA Approved!
I am very pleased to see development consent granted by the NSW Land and Environment Court for our Client's nursery development on the northern beaches of Sydney.
The appeal allowed the Applicant team to navigate, amongst other things, the biodiversity issues arising from a site in close proximity to coastal wetlands and to also overcome complex flood planning issues on the site and in the vicinity to resolve the proceedings by s34 agreement.
In this case a very capable expert team and a deep understanding engineering and ecological principles along with a highly practical and strategic approach to negotiating with Council allowed us to reach this fantastic result and approval.
A big thank you and congratulations to all those involved – it’s always a privilege to work alongside such dedicated and talented people, including:
Planning: SJB
Ecology, Bushfire and Arboricultural: Travers bushfire & ecology
Engineering: Egis
Traffic: Ason Group
Contamination: Douglas Partners
Architecture: Buchan 📷
Aboriginal Heritage: City Plan
Landscape: John Chetham & Associates
Build on!
